Rilex66 was built with one clear goal — to provide a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment experience for every Malaysian player, wherever they are.
Every decision we make — from platform design to payment policies — is rooted in two core values that have never changed since the day we launched.
Six core pillars we have built from the ground up and continue to strengthen every day, to ensure the best possible experience for every rilex66 player.
Rilex66 did not appear overnight. It is the result of years of hard work, lessons learned from player feedback and an unwavering commitment to be better every single day.
Rilex66 is powered by a dedicated team — people who understand what Malaysian players need because many of them are players themselves.
Rilex66 is more than a name or a logo on your phone screen. It was born from a deep conviction that Malaysians deserve a better online entertainment platform — one that is safer, more transparent, faster and more attuned to local needs than most of the alternatives out there. From day one, this principle has guided every decision we make, whether technical, product-related or in how we treat our members.
Malaysia has a unique digital entertainment landscape. We have sports fans who follow the Malaysia Super League with real passion and never miss an EPL weekend. We have a generation of young players who are fanatical about esports — Mobile Legends and PUBG Mobile aren't just games here, they're culture. We have badminton fans who live for every move Lee Zii Jia makes and cheer on our national team. And of course, millions of Malaysians have grown up with 4D lottery — Magnum, Sports Toto and Da Ma Cai — as part of the fabric of their weekly social life. Rilex66 brings all of this together in one platform that truly understands the Malaysian context.
When it comes to security, rilex66 never cuts corners. We use 256-bit SSL encryption on all communications between your device and our servers — the same level of protection used by leading banking institutions in Malaysia. Our fraud detection system runs automatically and continuously, monitoring for suspicious activity and keeping your account safe from unauthorised access. Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts as an added security layer, and we encourage every member to enable it. Your transaction history and game records are stored securely and can be reviewed at any time from your account section.
Financial convenience is another area where rilex66 truly gets what Malaysian players need. We support all the major payment methods Malaysians use in their daily lives — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX internet banking covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and all other major local banks. A minimum deposit of just RM 10 means you don't need to commit a large sum to get started. More importantly, your winnings are processed for withdrawal in just 2 to 5 minutes — no waiting for business days, no cumbersome procedures.
Responsible gaming is a core value we take seriously. Rilex66 believes entertainment should always remain enjoyable and never become a strain on your life. Our platform offers a comprehensive set of self-control tools — daily or weekly deposit limits, self-set loss limits, the option to take a break from play for a set period, and access to support resources if you feel gaming is starting to have a negative impact. Our support team is trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and to provide guidance to members who need it. We take this responsibility seriously because our players' trust and well-being matter more to us than any business figure.
Product innovation is what drives rilex66 forward. Our tech team is constantly working to improve the user experience, add new games, enhance Live Casino streaming quality and keep the platform running at near-perfect uptime. Every quarter, we introduce at least one new feature that comes directly from player feedback — because we believe our members understand what this platform needs better than anyone. Your feedback doesn't disappear into an unopened inbox; it's actually read and considered by our product team.
We're also proud of the community that has grown around rilex66. From Kelantan to Sabah, from Penang to Johor, rilex66 players share their experiences, tips and excitement with one another. Promotional events like Raya bonuses, football prediction contests and the million-ringgit campaigns we run from time to time aren't just marketing — they're how we celebrate a community that has trusted rilex66 as their entertainment companion. Every prize we give out is an investment in our long-term relationship with our players.
To every rilex66 member who has been with us from the beginning, and to those of you just getting to know us — thank you for your trust.
